The Officers and Executive Board of the Association shall direct and handle the affairs of the Association, subject to the By-Laws and Constitution of the Association and in conformity with the instructions of the Association. It shall be the duties of the Officers and Executive Board to insure that the funds and property of the Association are preserved, managed, invested, and expended in accordance with the policies and Constitution / By-Laws of the Association. The Executive Board will be responsible for a yearly audit of the accounts of the treasurer.
